Rekindled Flame... aka we're blogging again.

Dear girls:I love you. I love us. I love BYU and I love my ridiculously great life which is lacking all "man" kind. Can I just say thanks to everyone for posting? I always miss hearing about your lives and I am pretty sure we all need to remember to post something new like once a month at least... dealio? Ok, well here we go...

Ok, so my life goes like this. I'm going to BYU aka zoobie ville and I'm majoring in Public Relations with a minor in nonprofit managment and hopefully a second minor

in business. and what do i do with all my time? oh yeah...

ACCOUNTING...accounting....ACCOUNTING....accounting. Yeah, Kenz, how do you do this stuff? I'm basically taking acc 200 which is a weeding class for the accounting major. I of course do not want to be in the accounting school like half of byu, i just have to take the class for my major/minor, thus i'm competing with a great bunch of business nerds. Its actually kind of fun.

So basically I do that and then I dream about the boys I wish I was dating. There is this one real great character in my ward named Chris Sonne. He is a real fabulous one. Genious California boy who plays guitar and sings funny songs. He knows every song possible. It is intimidating with my lack of music knowledge. Oh also rach, he knows Bob... and he tells me he is sure you're fabulous if you are related to him. He is the man on the right. so cute.

Anyways, I'm going off on a tangent. So i date McKay a little bit still but we don't have a "relationship". We just see each other a couple times a month and talk like twice a week. He's a great guy but its hard for me to do long distance (as we all know) so, i refuse. These are pics when me and aub visited SNOW at the beginning of their school year.

Also, i have this new fear called "i'm the unlucky charm". it basically means that two and a half of the boys i have recently dated are marrying the girls they started dating after me. I'm real scared that i'm everyone else's good luck charm and have no charm of my own? ha, its fine. I'll just go find a pot of gold and change my luck...

we are planning a trip together to ride the train to Denver to watch wicked.. .. yes, i said we are going to take a train.

A New Day Has Come

oh my im strugglin, ignore my computer illiteracy ha ha . read the bottom blog first ops K yes so what i was sayin im at USU im a jr. in college but now starting as a freshmen in the Interior Design program, and yes i have four more years! shoot me ha but no i love it! There are so many fun classes and teachers i think everyone should just go into interior design! One thing that my professors have really been stressin on us is to just go out and see the world, i want to get that travel bug in me and get out of utah and see whats out there. I just took a history exam on Rome today and ok Im going there! I want to go see the Pantheon, the Colosseum, the Roman Baths ah and you girls are comin too!

I am dating a boy that i have been quite fond for several years, I couldnt keep my eyes off him from the moment he entered my home ward, me and kenz yes had to have a code name for him cause we didnt want him to know we were always talking about him haha were so dumbe but i love it! I wrote him for two years and yes now were dating! he is a cutie

I got back from lake powell sunday i wish you girls could of all enjoyed the sunny weather and clear water with me, hey theres always next time tho right. Well ladies im super excited to see you all next weekend for our sleepover i have a feeling we are going to be lauging way hard and bein funny like the good ol times!

A New Day Has Come

hola my fello pink chicas! so i like nicoleys idea about just updating all of us about our lives and whats going on cause yeah we never see each other! so my first item of business that i just have to get out there is that im engaged and you are all my bridesmaids. Ha ha jk i just wanted to say that. Ok so Im up here at freezing cold north pole! At USU for my first year, I live at Oakridge Apartments down the hill from the pretty campus. My grandma martin gave my her old school white bike and i ride it to school its pretty sweet, besides the huge hill i have to walk it up. If i feel like being lazy that day then i usually take the shuttle, oh my and i have to tell you one of my many facinating stories on my shuttle rides. So me and dani got on the shuttle and it was cram packed like sardins in a can, of cold college students. And so dani sat down and i went to sit down next to her and saw that there was all this chocolate poo stuff on the sit, so i sat on the other side of her. And every stop we made everyone would go and sit there but then look at the crap that was on it and turn away and we would laugh everytime we saw someone come and try to sit there. And then our last stop before campus this man, who was yes dressed up suit and tie and breifcase sat down in the mess. Oh my i just died when he did! everyone on the shuttle was just staring at us. Then the man turns to us and was like what are you two laughing? He was like i feel like you girls are laughing at an inside joke about me, and i seriously was about to role on the floor. Then when we got off he was like you two are awkward girls and he had it on his butt. That right there just made my day!

nicole, you are the bomb. i'm so happy you wrote on here cause i didn't want to have to write twice in a row. only morons do that... just kidding kenz :)

well, if we are all updating on our little goober lives, here is mine! my name is rabid dog. at the moment i am fretting because my hands are super super dry and so are my eyeballs. i can hardly see out of these things because of my stupid contacts. other than that i am doing quite well! i'm stick rockin over here at byu.

i constantly get laughs out of this school every day.

 although i'm the first to admit it has a huge population of people who are normal, there are still those who are quite confused in life. take yesterday for example. i was trekking around school when i saw this boy. he was super tall and skinny with this backpack on that weighed about 300 pounds. He had that hair that is black and kind of poofy, you know what i'm saying. and he was doing that fast nerdy walk. and not only was this hilarious but he had his head cocked to the side while he was nervously speeding to class. i just about fell over and died it was so freakin funny. so here i was trying to contain my laughter from snorting out of my body when this girl comes puffing down the sidewalk. she was a little bit bigger and she was wearing this powder blue polo that was buttoned all the way to the top, and these khaki shorts. you know the kind without pockets. yes. and she was just running full speed to her class. it was the funniest thing i'd ever seen in my life. now this isn't meant to be mean or anything, i just wanted to let you know what my life is like these days. :) 

secondly, i'm a microbiology major with an art minor. mainly i don't really know why thats my major cause i'd really rather do art all day long. preferably sketching nudes. i was just about to post a figure of a nude when i realized that wasn't quite appropriate for the byu library i'm sitting in... anyways, i want to study human genetics, mainly genetic diseases. i want to be a professor as well as do research. i think. 

i live here with these hobos. and i really really love it here.

LIFE IS GOOD!

Don't worry I am the coolest pink lady and starting up the blog again. There must have been some confusion or rumor going around that this had ended but you are all wrong. IT WILL NEVER END! oh my! We are all so busy right now and i don't even get how we are in our third year of college. It sicks me out and sometimes i want to throw up when i think about how old we are. I am almost twenty one and it is so gagful. But anyway my point is that we haven't been in touch as much but recently but we are doing better these last few weeks. I like in the fall when everyone's birthday's start over so we can go to dinner at least once a month. Its great. So we should all write a blog and update everyone on our lives. I'll go first obviously...



So I am going to uvu here in orem utah. I am studying elementry education and this is my last year. I start student teaching in January which i'm way excited but a little bit nervous. Mostly just excited to wear cute teacher clothes and have all the students parents want to set me up with their nephews neighbors &sons




I am single. Its great? sometimes. I have many crushes as you all know that I love every boy that I see and is trendy even if i have never met him. I have a new calling in my ward which is ward prayer chorister. Its great. I stand up in front of my whole ward and wave my arm around letting everyone know that i don't work out.





I live at Raintree Apartments home of a the most social hot tub, most nerdy creepers, and most bon losee girls with manacin heads decorating their balcony.



I have also been having dreams about jon turnbow and its freakin me out. In my dreams he comes home from his mission and is way attractive and we date. Please help this not come true.



And last but most important my mom is expecting her fifth child. Yes I know it is quite a shock to us all but guess she is just following a pattern. (that last part was a joke)








I am so excited for next friday for our sleepover. My parents will be out of town so they said we could have it at my house. but it doesn't matter. It is just going to be so super. and rach and me were talking about how we are so excited for our christmas party. I am getting emotional right now thinking about it!

ps don't forget my birthday is coming up. my next blog will contain a list for the presents that i want.

HAPPY PINK LADIES DAY! I love you all.

So Houston... I love it! Minus the humidity and abnormal amounts of heat, I really really love it here! Mainly I'm the only white person in the city, its great, I feel half-black already. My mentor's name is Ioannis (pronounced Yaa-nis) and he's from Greece! He lives on an island there, I'm so jealous everytime he tells me about it. Good news, though, he said I could come visit, which I'm for sure planning to do- and bringing you all with me. (And Nicole, I'm sure that will be the place where your fantasy of "girl goes on vacation, meets abnormally attractive boy, they fall in love" thing is definitely going to happen.) So as for my nerdy work, its super cool. We're studying Muscular Dystrophy, its a genetic disorder caused by these weird repeats in the RNA. And today I just finished a second set of experiments THAT WORKED! I'm so excited, cause you can actually see in the microscope the toxic RNA. Its so crazy, and I'm sure everyone is making fun of me in their minds right now... so it goes. But back to being normal, my roommates are freakin' awesome and we just laugh and drink lemonades in our spare time. Time is already going too fast.

Wow, there was my entire life story, so if anyone is still reading this, I just need you to look at this way cool thing I found. This chick actually made her wedding dress out of a sheet. I imagine one of us having that... it would be awesome! That could be our next party, making sheet dresses :)

And Aub and Nicole, I think your farmers market booth is way awesome! I'm already planning stuff to make, if that is allowed, and I am so excited to come to it! I'm into this new bracelet phase, Jaci (my awesome roomie) is teaching me how to make these sweet ones out of embroidery floss and I'm attempting to master the technique.

I really hope there isn't a rule about writing two posts in a row?

As you all may know sometimes my mind goes into different kinds of modes. There's fast motion mode, (where my mind makes me seem like i am doing everything so extra fast but really I'm just living a normal speed life) nickelodeon gak mode, (where I'm trying to fall asleep and these big balls or cylinder shapes made out of that foamy stuff they used to sale on nickelodeon move around and engulf each other) surprise person mode (where I'm somewhere by myself and i imagine that whoever I have a crush on at the time comes around the corner and surprises me and brings me something or has something very great to say) and facebook status mode (where my mind thinks of perfect statuses that fit my life even though I've never changed my status.) Well on Tuesday i came across a new mode that i had never experienced before it is called blog post mode. I was driving with aubrey after a sleep over to this so cute doughnut place called Daylight Donuts and the sun was shining so bright it made me start realizing that everyday i do or see little things that make me happy and get through each day!

so this led me to come up with a great post entitled "The simple things in life that make me happy!"

• My mom cutting lilacs from the neighbors tree to put in a vase in my room.
• Wearing my grey snowman pajama bottoms
• seeing cute people around (Girl+Boy riding bikes at the Farmer's Market holding giant pink cotton candies)
• Tanning, reading, or laying in my backyard on the grass.
• driving through the streets in Provo and looking at all the cute old houses that I think I should buy (with a boy)
• Laughing so hard I cry. (like the other night with kenzi and lynz because seth almost killed us driving to the most ridiculous movie in the world, or when telling the story of how I fell down catching Brittney's bouquet at her reception)
• riding bikes, playing tennis, playing catch
• eating whoppers or sour cherry balls
• finding a new song to become obsessed with and applying it to my life ex: Taylor swift- Love Story, Bonnie Taylor- Turn Around Bright Eyes, Boyz ll Men- I'll Make Love to you
• Drinking lemonade and eating peanuts at work
• surprise notes or texts or calls or letters
• checking for tan lines in the mirror
• looking at adorable wedding and fashion blogs
• listening to celine dion full blast
• remembering fun old times with the girls
• getting dressed up and going out to dinner
• taking pictures of every event
• waking up early and getting a lot of things accomplished

I might think of some more later that i will have to add on to the bottom

Hello to all members of this blog!! It has been so long again since i have written and have just missed it. I mostly just miss everyone else writing so i just decided that I better contribute. So as you all know summer has arrived and it is a new start for us all. I think that we need to make the best of these next few months even though we are all pretty much doing our own seperate things we gotta have a SUMMER LIST of things we want to do. So anyway I took it upon myself to start and anyone can add to the list. And I asked, when is the revolution?

I walked out into my backyard after it rained yesterday, and I found these gorgeous flowers just popping out of the ground! I loved it. Spring is guaranteed the greatest time in the world! Isn't it the best when you get to walk around in the rain with your red umbrella? The grass is so green, and the weather is perfect for picnics. It is also time to dye Easter eggs!

So then I was thinking and decided that it is time for us to have a tea party! We need to dress up, wear lipstick, and eat cupcakes.

I just want to wish everyone good luck with their finals... and make sure you're getting kicked out of the Spoon Me dance club by that crazy bouncer guy, hitting up Jewish parties, doorbell ditching fagget money suckers, making faces at babies, singing in the shower, riding your bike (preferably with a basket attatched), dreaming about our bright futures, laughing in the face of danger (what movie?), reading good books, and eating chocolate! Summer is around the corner and we've got good times to come! Yeehaw!
